Why use an adjustable master cylinder? Nearly all aftermarket clutches have a lower installed height and require more effort to collapse. This master cylinder allows for more stroke which will ensure 100% release of any aftermarket clutch kit.Why is this master a better choice than the aftermarket master cylinders? The master cylinder is simply a small hydraulic cylinder, so there is no real benefit to installing an aftermarket one. This master has a 3/4″ (19mm) bore and maintains the factory pedal feel, whereas most aftermarket master cylinders tend to make the pedal much harder to press.
