Its atmospheric burner system uses stainless steel heat tubes to bring oil up to temperature quickly and recover fast when cooking frozen products back-to-back. A deep cool zone helps prevent food debris from burning, extending oil life and reducing ongoing running costs. The welded stainless steel tank and all-stainless exterior make cleaning quicker at the end of service, while the freestanding design allows flexible placement in most professional kitchen layouts. This model is supplied in LPG configuration only and is available in limited quantities while current stock lasts.
