A fantastic Spumante Rosato (used to be called Prosecco Rosato but they changed the rules so Prosecco is only white wine now) from Santa Margherita.Very pale, with a fine persistent mousse. Lovely flavours and a gentle acidity with a long finish.A worthy replacement for their limited edition “52” Spumante Rosato.
