My new favourite fizz! I’ve been drinking the delicious Domaine Mayrac Blanquette de Limoux Demi Sec for years, but this cava has now taken the “No.1” spot. Clean, crisp & light with good minerality but lovely and smooth, no sharp, acidic after taste. Great for the Spring & Summer ahead! Thank you John.
