Description Pleurotus Eryngii (King Oyster) liquid culture. A type of oyster that produces unique fruiting bodies with a thick edible stem. Very popular in Asian cuisine. The mycelium grows at a temperature of 21-24°C, the fruiting bodies grow at a temperature of 15-21°C and a humidity of 85-90%. It can be grown on straw and on hardwood sawdust. It is also suitable for novice growers, because when growing on straw, a pressure cooker is not necessary. The straw just needs to be pasteurized, i.e. boiled for 90 min. at a temperature of 70-80C. For beginners we recommend commercial variety King trumpet, which is easier to grow and has higher yields. Package: 10ml of liquid mycelium of Pleurotus Eryngii (King Oyster) and 1 sterile needle.
