Description Pleurotus Ostreatus – (White Pearl Oyster Mushroom) liquid culture. White Pearl is a hybrid of Pleurotus Ostreatus. It is bright white in color, the fruiting bodies are brittle to fleshy and very tasty. The mycelium grows at a temperature of 21-23°C and the fruiting bodies are formed at a temperature of 15-20°C and a humidity of 80-90%. It can be grown on hardwood sawdust or straw.
