Description Pleurotus Djamor (Pink Oyster Mushroom – Valentine) – commercial liquid culture. Pink Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus Djamor) – thermophilic tropical variety of oyster mushroom. It has a distinctive pink color, strongly aromatic, fleshy. The temperature of mycelium growth is 23-25°C, the temperature of fruiting bodies is 23-27°C and humidity is 85-90%. We grow it on hardwood sawdust or straw. Commercially bred varieties guarantee higher yields and are easier to grow for beginners. Commercial varieties have the same composition, the same beneficial substances, taste and aroma as the natural variety that grows wild in nature.
